The project included:
- To place pedestrian crossing buttons and new traffic signal heads at
the intersections of I-84 and Franklin Road, E. St. Luke's Road.
- To connect a third southbound lane on Eagle Road between I-84 and Franklin Road.
- to construct new curb, sidewalk and gutter on the west side of Eagle Road from Franklin Road to I-84.
